for those who've read Life of Pi interesting

today was a sad day in many ways. the teles are moving and the office is going to be extremely quiet. no more pple for company should i work late nights, no more elizabeth to share dinner with me, no more daily 'entertainment'. it's just going to be gauri, boss and i.. a little trio of resigned, currently unhappy trio..

and then, gauri might be leaving. i've hardly much to do till i'm about to burst into tears. the entire day was also grey and overcast, and then the baby pigeon died. gauri, sweet thing she is, actually called to inform me tearfully. i love that girl. 4.5 months isn't a long time, but it is enough to get to know pple enough so that you're comfortable with them and even get attached to.. i don't want her to go, but i can understand how she feels.

yes, just a cold, dark, wet and miserable little day. i shall go drown myself in melacholic songs and gorgeous batman comics

bit by bit the wounds are closing, my heart is healing, my soul mending. we will never forget, but i've promised myself i will bask in the light of life and the warmth of friends who really are my armour and shield against life's pain..
