bukit panjang isn't a very patriotic estate, huh? hardly any flags out (yet?).. compared to woodlands where upon looking up from the poolside, i'm assaulted by reds and whites.

i won't count myself as overly patriotic, certainly not the passionate, flag-waving, burning with fervour sort, but come each august, my family has, had and will continue to put out our flag. so will i, next time.

happier than that, i've another interview tm. this time at the saner time of 10am. nothing fancy, just simple admin stuff.. i'm afraid i'm not driven enough, that i settle for too little too easily. but i'm happy enough, isn't that ok? probably for a while. eventually, eventually i'll make something happen. remember, hold me to it!

they will be showing Spirited Away tonight on tv. dare i hope it will not be dubbed? i suppose the next best situation would be that it'll have dual audio.. fingers crossed
